Supernature records welcomes on board young Italian producer Mirco Violi and delivers an Autumnal party package bursting with old school instinct and Chicago house grooves. Mirco Violis debut for the label, Lets Do it EP, introduces his style with the killer 'Do it One More Time' a relentless jacking groove with an old school vocal that clarifies Mirco's Chicago house ideology. In the remix, Fabio Giannelli strips it back whilst maintaining the bounce of the original.

Everything pumps it up again with another retro bassline and vocal brimming with nostalgia. Next up is a 'Turn On' remix from Leon, who turns the funkier original into a deeper affair blending sporadic chords with hi-hats as the cheeky vocal is interspersed throughout. The original contains a more melodic bassline, coupled with synth riffs and clap-driven drums made to make the body move. Finishing things off, Spin, (a free download on the Supernature website) has a choice Skee-lo sample at its centre, restoring an old classic to the club with an added kick and jacking bassline.

Born in Milan in 1986, Mirco Violi got hooked on house music at the tender age of 14 when he found old mix tapes of Frankie Knuckles, Todd Terry and Carl Craig. With his heart set on becoming a DJ he joined forces with friend and musical partner, Filippo Agnesi and started playing out in small local clubs and gaining recognition under the guise Multiview. Mirco has since been honing his production skills and in 2008 German label, Be Chosen paved the way for a collaboration with Señor Coconut on a remix package with Ali Nasser and Kreon.

Around the same time his EP on Heimatmelodie was being played out by the likes of Laurent Garnier, Luciano and Karotte. Other successes have included releases on OFF, International Freakshow, Hypercolour, Bloop, Bla Bla, Welt Sounds, Climatic, Catwash and Adult Only. A relatively new member of the SuperNurture family Mirco joins artists such as Alex Niggemann, Alejandro Vivanco, Fabio Giannelli and Ali Nasser and continues to pull new admirers into his orbit of funk filled house sounds. Hes also found the perfect base in SuperNurture from which to resonate louder.
