Guy Blanken, Makam grew up in the small city of The Hague in Holland and is now based in Amsterdam.

24 year old Guy has rocked all the big dancefloors in Europe including Fabric, Watergate, Rex, The Awakenings festival etc and received attention and huge support from the best house DJ’s on the scene including Ricardo Villalobos, Mike Huckaby, Delano Smith, Norm Talley, Kerri Chandler, Chez Damier, Josh Wink, Cassy and Jus-ed just to name a few…

After A number of very successful releases on Sushitech and remixes for other major labels and artists including Jimpster’s Freerange, 2020 Vision, Underworld’s Darren Emerson etc.. The album was the next thing on the agenda.
