The brothers Grimm based the majority of their fairytales and folk tales in a part of Germany called ‘Schwarzwald’, or The Black Forrest to you and I. Full of magic and literal genius their stories have weaved their way into the fabric of western civilization. Trickski, on the other hand, are a German production duo hailing from the areas in and around the ‘Schwarzwald’ who are currently weaving their way into the record bags of western DJs whilst making their own magic in the form of some quality deep, pitched down house.
With outings already on such seminal labels as Compost Black, Sonar Kollektiv and an absolute bomb on Jimpster’s Delusions of Grandeur imprint they now turn their attention to the Berlin based Suol Records (formerly known as Baalasaal). The release will be a 4 track EP entitled After & Before’, consisting of 2 original tracks by the brothers Trickski with a remix by Suol regulars Chopstick & Johnjon and one by Dynamic producer H.O.S.H.
