Every single Ferry Corsten fan knew that his first “Once Upon A Night” compilation and the tour concept was not going to be a one-off thing. But neither friend nor foe would have expected that the second volume would come out this early. It shows the sheer determination of Ferry himself to maintain a steady pace with this new series and to take the world on a journey with his outstanding performances.

Ferry: “After I released volume 1 in March I was so overwhelmed by the enthusiastic reactions from both the fans and the press, that I decided to start compiling volume 2 straight away. I knew it had to be just as good or even better than the previous edition. On volume 2, CD1 starts off housey with trance elements. CD2 continues in a more banging style and it takes volume 1 into the extremes.”

One thing is for sure: the “Once Upon A Night, Vol.2” mix compilation will be released on October 1st and to support the release of this new volume, Ferry will begin his world tour with a huge kick off party in London, at The Gallery’s 19th birthday on September 17th. He then continues with an extensive twenty plus North American city tour.

Fresh from his selector duties at the helm of Get Physical 8th Anniversary compilation, Thomas Schumacher continues his top form into the latter part of 2010 with You Got Me. His accomplished anniversary compilation gave us the first exclusive hint of You Got Me, now featured here in its full, extended glory, with three additional mixes.

While Thomas summertime hit Taxi was a full-frontal assault of electro fidget abandon, You Got Me is its dancefloor alter-ego, with classic house signatures, and deep melodic tones.

The distinctive deep-sea chord melody of You Got Me keeps it low-slung, with a bottom-end looped groove that forms its rhythmic bed. Filtered vocal stabs of You Got Me counterbalance the deepness, and reverbed handclaps leave trails of dub atmosphere. Shafts of staccato synths and hints of the iconic "Woo! Yeah!" chant propel the track forward, and reveal Thomas as a man with who wears his house-loving heart on his sleeve.

Emerson Todds light touch shifts You Got Me closer towards tech-house territory. His refix dips its toe into deepness but keeps the pulsating melodic bed of the original in check, putting the focus instead on a fluid bassline and skippy drums programming. Todds barely-there melodies and shadowy vocal treatments interplay with the hints of the original chord progression for a tracky uptempo number.

Dutch newcomer ONNO makes his Get Physical debut with a mix that strips it back the track to the minimalistic essentials of metallic percussion, dub accents, and vocal snippets, for a treatment a worthy of any late night session, and its a perfect accompaniment to the Beatport Exclusive Pump Mix looks to the ever-reliable dub mix formula, amplifying the chords, handclaps and vocal grabs and thudding kick for a body-moving workout.

After the excitement of his latest album from Monocline Records, Re:Axis are back with a new EP entitled "From Space With Love". This is a continuation of his work with a current perfectly perspective. The sounds travel between them creating a deep and transcendent atmospheres that elevate and bring us back to the Earth. With more groovy charisma this Ep consists in four tracks and is a reference in the production of Re:Axis in 2010.

Yoshitoshi and Beatport award-winner Prompt are back at it again with his next project, "Nijar". A native of Madrid, Spain Prompt's "Nijar" is a tribute to one of the most picturesque towns in the whole of Spain. A smooth and hypnotic techy number, "Nijar' captures the Andalusian sun and Mediterranean air perfectly. Featuring remixes from renowned producers Ramon Tapia and Reset Robot, this 4-track affair adds crucial and unique flavors to any DJ's collection.

Prompt has released several tracks on Yoshitoshi including "Jiraphe", "Salix" and most recently "The Locomotive EP".  Prompt took home a 2009 Beatport award for his #1 charting track "Evolve" and continues his meteoric rise with "Nijar".

Chilean and Dutch producer, Ramon Tapia has productions with the prestigious Great Stuff Recordings and Turbo Records, adds his patented bouncy-tech twist to "Nijar". Reset Robot, a revered producer in his own right, has also released a series of well received projects on 100% Pure, Sci + Tec and Noir, including his monster collaboration with Christian Smith on the Beatport #1 "Air Miles". Frankfurt-based Gregor Tresher is the latest addition to Drumcode's growing roster of talent as he makes his debut on DC with his 'Through Dusty Windows' EP.

From the the bumping groove of the title track 'Through Dusty Windows' to the widescreen sounds of the 'Sidewinder', Tresher has delivered three tracks which further the Drumcode mission perfectly. Detuned keys sit atop powerful grooves to create commanding late night techno with a well judged sense of funk throughout. The swinging tenseness of 'Never Care' rounds off the brilliant originals but, as always with Drumcode there's just a little bit more, this time from Reset Robot.

As you'd expect from an artist who debuted on 2000AndOnes 100% Pure imprint, the Reset Robot remix of 'Sidewinder' is an infectious, drummy tech-house funker with uncomprimising dancefloor appeal.
