What an incredible second half of 2010 its been for the Dutch wonder Juventa in the trance world. Winning plaudits across the scene, it's unbelievable to think this guy has recently celebrated his 16th birthday.

Known for his banging 'pure' trance sound, Jordin Post aka Juventa now shows us he's a dab hand at more than one style. This next EP is kicked off with the mighty 'Beauty Catch' - a track made for the dancefloor with its irresistible groove and wonderful techy feel, leading you into the filtered breakdown and a climax that will definitely make any crowd jump!

'Summernight Symphony' follows in the 'progressive' style, but is far more focused on the melodies that we've become associated to with the recent Juventa releases, delivering a truly beautiful, yet groovy trancer.

Added to the release is a more refined, piano laden breakdown version of Beauty Catch.

Truly remarkable stuff once again from this prodigy; expect some massive things from him in 2011!

Akbal Music welcomes the legendary Nick Harris owner of NRK , an amazing label that has been providing big house records for more than 15 years. On the remix duties we have Justin Drake (Peace Divison / Tsuba) and Caytas & Patz (Einmaleins, OFF) to complete this great record...

September 2009 saw Lemos‘ ‘Kalooo EP‘ (BCR001) kick off the Bass Culture journey. Hailing from Athens, the trained pianist, Saxphonist and guitarist, who grew up on a diet of Herbie Hancock, Booka T & The MG’s and John Coltrane, has already seen his music released to great acclaim on labels including Cecille, Welcome To Masomenos, 8Bit, Adult Only, Connaisseur, Safari Electronique, Air London and Resopal Schallware.

As the title suggests his ‘Beat Of This, Beat Of That‘ EP offers up a  variety of sounds, all featuring the elegantly techy edge that we  have come to associate with Lemos.

It's the British duo every trance fan ought to know about. Ricky Simmonds and Stephan Jones, better known as Lustral, have helped cementing the foundations of trance music. The producers have enhanced the scene with several beauties of productions, under guises such as Lustral, Chakra, The Space Brothers, Oxygen, The Realm and Ascension. Ricky and Stephen are now finally back, with their latest masterpiece 'I Feel You'!

Focused on various guitar-lines and lovely vocals, 'I Feel You' is a perfect chill out piece. Some spine-tingling synth-lines on top of all happenings underline the track's easy-going atmosphere.

Ireland's no. 1 DJ John O'Callaghan raised the tempo and added a tight baseline in the back, as well as some tasty synths in the break. Maltese up and coming duo Tenishia delivers even tighter sounds. With loads of prog-elements and a vocoded vocal-line they present an all-out floor-filling tune. Latest offering on the Alter Ego Progressive imprint is from American whizkid Audien who has had a fantastic year so far and is making quite the name for himself! On this occasion he teams up with fellow American DeColita to bring us 'Behind Our Thoughts'. We have 3 fantastic remixes to boot on this one from fellow rising star Juventa, Cordonnier and Espen Lorentzen following on nicely from his 'Heart' release!

The Original Mix is an absolute floor worthy neo styled progressive trancer! An abundance of high quality sounds and emotions that will take the listener on a magical twist & turn. A huge orchestral and chorale breakdown coupled with a deep guitar line and vocal chops. Definitely one not to miss!!

Juventa's Progressive mix injects a bit more grit to the proceedings, switching it up slightly with a deep throbbing bass line and some very cool percussion. A masterclass of production from the dutch youngster really shows what a prospect he is for the future Brilliant use of the melody and vocal will make this one stand up the best in the clubs!

Cordonnier steps in for remix two with his unique driving progressive sound, carrying on from his last remix of Colonial Ones 'Always On My Mind' he manages to take the track down a more edgey route with a big breakdown and an even bigger climax.

Rounding off this fantastic package off we have Espen Lorentzen also hot of the heels from his new single 'Heart' brings us a funkier and more energy fused mix. Lots of stabs and chops make this mix groove along effortlessly. Top work from another youngster!
