The first original Drumcode material from Alan Fitzpatrick since his debut LP, “Shadows in The Dark”, takes the form of the six-track “Insurgent Series” EP.

From the brutal, distorted tones of opener ‘Tinitus’ Fitzpatrick uses the extended EP to it's fullest. The dub techno ‘Sub Dubbed’ marries harsh digital sounds with familiar dub aesthetics but sidesteps the Basic Channel model and delivers something which the producer has definitely made his own.

Dutch producer duo Rogier v/d Meer and Gert van’t Wout are swiftly moving up. After last year’s release ‘Turning’, the guys return with a new weapon: “Move On”.

Start looking forward to a blend of bleeping tech-house, cracking progressive and lots of trancy flavors straight from the D&D studio. On top of this floor-destroying mixture, it’s Szen’s addictive voice that gets “Move On” stuck in your head for days.

“Move On” also surprises you with diversity in its remix package. Neill Esta’s rework of the track rides a true trance sound, delivering big moments for all the hands in the air freaks. Peak time is also the main ingredient for Swedish sound creator Kim Svärd’s uplifting trance remix of the track.

Everyone in need of a progressive fix will be pleased with the remix of Dutch talent Art Inc.. It’s gentle progressive house elements tell you the story of a sultry summer eve. Last, but not least, Matt North gave ‘Move On’ tighter, pure prog house strike to dance the night away.

Dutch producer Kiholm racks up his third release on Infrasonic with arguably his biggest to date. Known for his delicate style of trance which has won him applause the world over, he showcases his versatility with a big room, hands in the air production oozing class and guile, with a tech laden lead sure to lift the lid on a dancefloor!

Lowering the tone and adding some real drama to the package are DNS Project. After another incredibly successful year in 2010, the uber talented producer opens his 2011 account in style with a stunning remix which has already gained support from Armin van Buuren.

Sean Truby and American producer Mike EFEX complete the package.

There are not a lot of producers out there that can say their track has been danced to by the royal Dutch family. It was “RAMsterdam” that moved the global crowds, being hammered by the DJ elite for months. Man behind this track, is Dutch producer Ram Boon, who chose the solo path in 2009 and hasn't looked back since.

RAM is ready to release the next world-vibe, with new single “RAMazing”. Feeling right at home at the A State of Trance label, this one has that same, well-constructed trance impact. This tune will make a true trance-lover's heart pound faster with every beat that hits the ear. “RAMazing” knocks you down with power and energy, to get you back up in a stunning, melodic break. Everything needed to sweep a ten-thousand strong dancefloor crowd off their feet is there.

Swedish producer Björn Akesson, who made his debut with ‘Perfect Blue’ in 2008, took on the remix duties on this anthem and gave it a full swing of classy, uplifting prog-trance. Guitar and feel good trance make an invincible combination.

After a sterling year in 2010 which seen a steady run of fantastic original tracks and remixes, Anhken supplies his first original of the year on InfraProgressive with yet more big room progression!

Very much in the same vain as his other productions with its chunky percussion and beautifully worked piano lines and melody, the talented producer delivers another hugely versatile track, one of which would be just at home in a warm up set, or that of peak time slot. Epic!

Amercian producers Shipstad & Warren head the package. Another duo destined for great things, S&W have really came into their own over the last 12 months with work regularly championed by the words elite. Now making their debut on InfraProgressive, the guys are on the money again with a delicately written re-work oozing class.

Willem de Roo adds his own unique slant on things with a remix packed full of wonderful percussion and signature sounds, while new comer Handell supplies a big, bass driven interpretation for good measure!

Dutch producer Willem de Roo is next in line to make his debut on our Infrasonic Future imprint. Sticking with our policy of bringing only the most exciting young stars to the fray, Willem is another we feel confident can go all the way to the top.

Stars Over Paris, a track that instantly struck a chord with us at Infrasonic HQ with its lush strings and summer style heads the package. Soft and delicate in places, yet packing enough punch to really work a dancefloor, this is some way to mark your debut. Massive!

Reviving one of trance music’s all-time classics, Slusnik Luna’s “Sun 2011” is a euphoric, respectful update of the Finnish outfit’s 2000 anthem.

Signed when the Slusnik Luna boys passed it on to fellow Finn Paavo from Above & Beyond, “Sun 2011” modernises the groove before taking us back to those classics days with the original’s, bubbling bleep-melodies and classic power chords. A cheeky breakbeat shuffle and snippets of female vocals then add some extra funk, as the track rolls into a funky trance groove with the power chords taking centre stage. An instant anthem, “Sun 2011” to bring the track's unique magic to a new generation as well as bringing back the memories for those first time round.

For the remix, Slusnik Luna turn to a Dutch trance innovator whose career stretches as far back as this track ‘4 Strings’. Already a tried and trusted fan's favourite at in recent Above & Beyond DJ sets, ‘4 Strings’ remix again keeps things respectful to the original but adds a cascading synth riff that slowly rises to epic proportions in the breakdown.

Also included is the shorter ‘Radio Edit’ for radio play and maximum dancefloor efficiency, while a second package with remixes from Joonas Hahmo, Genix, Heikki L, J. Shore and Orion, and the original Sun from 2000, will be released later.

The original version did probably had one of the longest roadtests of recent Marcel Woods tracks, but after nearly 2 years of testing, tweaking, twisting and polishing the track is ready to be unleashed. 2 Mixes by the Woody Woods man and W&W on remix duties adding a big big BIG room mix!

The shimmering fire that is Aly & Fila just doesn’t stop. Keeping it fuelled with tracks like ‘Eye of Horus’, ‘Lost Language’, ‘Listening’ and ‘My Mind Is With You’, the label owners, producers and DJ’s enjoy an ever-growing fan base. At the end of 2010, the duo present the first “Future Sound of Egypt” compilation, which also featured their new single, “Paradise”.

An electric energy, Tiff Lacey’s soothing voice and an epic break with classical influences ‘Paradise’ offers everything an everlasting trance anthem needs. All of that is underlined by Aly & Fila’s characteristic sound, expressed by addictive melodies and pumping beats in the back. A bit of trance paradise indeed.

Dutch producer Ruben de Ronde leaves his footsteps in the warms sands of Egypt with his remix of ‘Paradise’. After ‘Forever In Our Hearts’ and Robert Nickson collab ‘Superlative’, he went down the prog-trance road with this remix, giving an extra smooth and flowing sound to “Paradise”.

For the past few years, eyes of the EDM scene have been staring at Ireland with great pride. The emerald isle became more and more famous for its many producer talents, extraordinary trance and progressive masterpieces. A prime example and something of a leading light amongst these happenings, is the owner of the successful Subculture label, John O’Callaghan. The number one Irish DJ and producer is looking towards the release of his third artist album and the many promising singles it will bring. To keep the clubbers moving in the meantime, he decided to bring in an outstanding collaboration as the official first single of his ‘Unfold’ album. For “Talk To Me”, he teamed up with the prog-house duo of Timmy & Tommy. The guys know more than well how to give the scene a good stir, given their previous releases ‘Full Tiltin’, ‘Ascension’ and ‘Check This Tilt’.

“Talk To Me” is a big, growling attack on the senses. Prog sounds make you want to move, while trancy influences smoothens things up with a softening atmosphere. Touched with a splash of haunting vocals to make things even sweeter, these three Irish men are true tension-seekers, leading you to a hammering pay-off that'll make you move!

On the flip-side, British producer Robert Stevenson a.k.a. Activa presents his ‘Solar Movement Remix’. His rework puts ‘Talk To Me’ into a softer light, touching all thing's trancy. Norway’s finest, Ørjan Nilsen, presents the second remix of this package. In between producing his album, he once again shows to be more than capable of handling remix-duties. His Trance remix has all the essentials: a strong build-up, powerful release in the break and a highly contagious rhythm.

No matter which version you need, if you're in it for a big dose of energy, “Talk To Me” is your dancefloor essential and a promising one for the upcoming album to unfold in April.

Argentina knows how to party. And they also know how to get one started. With the right music. Matias Faint and Agustin Servente need no instructions to tear down the roof of a club. Under their Heatbeat guise, the duo has moved the global crowds with tracks like ‘Vergatron’, ‘Mr. Walrus’ and ‘Geek Love’. Jaco’s Beautiful Days saw huge support from the likes of Armin van Buuren and Above & Beyond, making his first Enhanced release one to remember. Now the talented Norwegian is back with a fantastic 3 track EP.

Kicking things off is the upbeat Excuses. A slick production that's full of energy and a clever breakdown that doesn't detract from the pace of the proceedings.

Never Again, very much like Beautiful Days has a absolutely gorgeous breakdown, whilst the track is carried by its huge sidechained bassline. Karma rounds off the EP and shows this is a 3 track outing of equal strengths. Beautiful pianos and soaring pads build the break to its climax with yet another well crafted main hook from Jaco.

Headline track About Time encompasses everything a good progressive trance track should have in its locker, with its lush bottom end and string pattern just two of the elements that really give the track real atmosphere and depth.

One Word To You and Do Wonder complete the E.P. Similar in the style to About Time but packing more punch, both tracks are wonderfully groovy, with some beautiful vocal chops and atmospherics once again adding real quality to the package.

Maltese duo Tenishia looks back on an outstanding 2010. Joven & Cyprian became Malta’s most successful DJ and producer duo, with sold out club nights and special performances in several tv shows. But that's only the beginning of their impressive story. Tenishia closed down the year with the third Malta Music Award for “Best Dance Production” in a row, this time for “Stranger To Myself”, with the lovely vocals of Aneym.

They say to never change a winning team, and that's why the new release of Cyprian and Joven once again features the beloved voice of Aneym. “Man In Denial” is a heavy-weighing, deep bassed club stormer. Anemy’s hopelessly addictive vocal and layer over layer of melodies come together in a perfect combination of everything essential to blow your mind.

One of the trance scene's true stalwarts, Mike Koglin has been pushing the sound forward ever since he burst onto the scene with his top 20-charting anthem “Silence” in 1998 - a cover of Depeche Mode’s 80’s synth-pop classic. Collaborating with Above & Beyond’s Jono Grant on tracks like 2004’s “Circuits” and 2005’s “Sequential”, Koglin has remained a close friend of the Anjunabeats family ever since and returns to the label with the unique “Sunstar”.

Opening on a cool, choppy electro bassline, “Sunstar” builds up the intensity before leading into a serene but soaring breakdown layered with heavenly, wraithlike vocals, epic pads and “Sunstar”s instantly recognisable melody leads. Dropping unexpectedly back into electro nastiness for a clever curveball, “Sunstar” steadily shifts back into melodic magic for an uplifting finale.

Offering a more direct trance-energised remix is Euphonic’s Ronski Speed. Nudging up the bpm a few vital notches and adding some warping electrified synth lines, Ronski builds a ripping groove and leads into the familiar soaring melodies of the original with power and pace.

Keeping the EDM machine going with soulful productions such as “Waiting For The Sun” and “Cut & Run”, is Estonian producer Madis Sillamo. Providing nothing but the warmest beats and on-fire melodies, he’s keeping things alight with a new release. Making you surrender to the dreamy, angelic voice of vocalist Emma Lock, once again, Beat Service delivers another jewel with “Not Out”.

A little mystery, tenderness and intangible prog-trancy depth come together in this S107 release. It's got everything a good, contagious trance track needs, including that warm-blanket feeling, rushing towards you as the beat kicks in.

Remixing’s Beat Service previous single “Hiding To Nothing”, makes UK producer Xtigma no stranger to the sound. His remix of ‘Not Out’ got a little more groovy on the edges, touching the big-room feel without losing the intimate feel of the original. Estonia producer Kaimo K, on the other hand, focuses on the harder, more up-tempo side of ‘Not Out’, turning it into one big piece of energy.
