American producer Andrew Chen, working under his Shogun moniker, has found the much-wanted formula to success. After putting a spell on the trance scene with the hauntingly beautiful 'Nadia', he returned with another vocal collab, 'Save Me'. This track, featuring the vocals of Emma Lock shot all the way up to the number one position of the Beatport Trance track, and left all-destroying marks on the dancefloor, played out and supported by all the big names. Never change a winning team, they say. And so, they hooked up together again and gave birth to 'Imprisoned'.

Like Shoguns previous offerings, 'Imprisoned' sits at the deeper end, with Emma's all conquering voice right on top of it. Alongside a beautiful piano line, 'Imprisoned' awaits you with a mellifluous synth-melody. This one is an all-out goosebump-inducer!

Maor Levi had been hallmarked for great things ever since his prog trancer ‘Lital’ gave us our first insight into the skills of this prodigiously talented producer back in 2005 and has been a key Anjuna producer ever since. Having had a short hiatus due to national service, he returns with ‘Chasing Love’. Enlisting the help of Ashley Tomberlin, another who is no stranger to Anjuna followers having previously lent her atmospheric vocals to heavyweight tracks such as Luminary’s ‘Amsterdam’ and Above & Beyond’s ‘Can’t Sleep’, perhaps it was inevitable that this inspired collaboration would be a smash.

The Original Mix, as featured on Above & Beyond’s Anjunabeats Volume 8, synthesises Maor’s trademark edgy sound with a gorgeous, airy vocal floating off the top of a magical, swirling spiral of melodies and purposeful bottom end.

The Club Mix then sees Maor rework the track for dancefloor destruction with a dense, heavy groove and more orthodox peak-time structure.

And to complete, Laurent Véronnez dons his Airwave hat for a beautifully brooding, darkly atmospheric breakbeat rework with echoes of classic Hybrid about it.

Levan Nadareishvili from Georgia, better known as DJ and producer Nuera, translated the Balearic trancer into a deep progressive track with lots of additional effects in there. The second remix is presented by Dutch DJ and producer Richard Durand. He lend 'Breaking Waves' his typical Durand sound with a thumping, powerful bass and playful, soothing trance feel to it.

Summer 2010 anthem alert !!!

After creating one of the tracks of Summer 2009 with their last Barraca Music release in Deep Down Chicago, Barraca Music Agency talents NoiDoi follow up once again with a full release ready to unleash good vibes and terrace mayhem, this time for Summer 2010.

The two super talents from Bacau, Romania showcase their Reverstrip EP with maximum effect, bringing us two original tracks and two very special remixes. Reverbuit is a classic style old school house burner and Simple Strip is a devasating percussive loop tool which if used correctly will destroy dancefloors the world over. The mysterious Bim Bim steps up to take on remix duty for Reverbuit whilst one of the most respected and exciting DJ and producer in the world, Rhadoo, gives us a multi layered, tick tock wonky tradmark style bomb for Simple Strip. There’s movement in the Formatik dog pen. The two Format : B alpha dogs recently introduced their latest techno puppies with “Combined", and now they’re showing their teeth again. When dogs meet they don’t just lick each others ears but also put on a silver “Dog Tag". Seeing as the three legged four leggers Jakob and Franziskus aren’t that happy being alone and are often seen dancing over the dog grounds wagging their tales they have decided to share their bowl with Sébastien Léger, the French Production Bulldog who always has a couple of remix scooby-snacks lying around somewhere. That is why they have given him one of their dog tags and have mutually decided that Légers own dog club Mistakes Records will be going walkies with Formatik on a regular basis. Only “The lady and the tramp” is more romantic than that.

It’s been two years now since the massive “Shingaling” from Jean Claudes Ades and Vincent Thomas exploded all over the planet but as the two guys didn’t find the time to go back to the studio together, we thought why not do a joint release instead. Jean Claude Ades' idea to remake the classic “Vallée De Larmes” from René & Gaston (Fresh Fruit, 1993) eventually made his track a definite biggie for the summer incl. fantastic remixes from argentinian wonderboy Loko and the big no. 1 beatport force Pleasurekraft. Vincent Thomas’ epic ‘Music Of Yourself’ also has the potential to become a big peaktime floorfiller this season, helped by great remixes from Anil ‘Do It’ Chawla and new Italian hope Heartik.

The cosmopolite Nikola Gala has been producing for the past 10 years and received big attention during the years 2004-2005 by the music industry for the release of the track "Swing 2 Harmony" along with the "Perasma" band. At the same time he produced some well respected tracks which found home on labels like Deep Records, Intrinsic, Fokused, Sprout Music, Precinct, Renaissance, Lost Language Audio Therapy and now also on Plastic City. Till now he has been an open minded producer to all types of electronic music, listening to his tracks mixed in Electro/Tech-House or Progressive Trance sets it's not unusual. Born, raised and still lives in Thessaloniki/Greece, Nikola is one of the most sought after producers from Greece at the moment, he is quite busy working on new ideas in most of his time at his personal studio. Nikola as a dj left his music mark on many spots around the globe like Stockholm, Cologne, Jakarta, Tokyo, Tel Aviv, Kiev just to name a few. His freestyle approach is responsible for mixing tracks from a wide range of quality electronic dance music.

During the year 2006 he started running his own digital label "Escada Music" which have gained much support from music fans and dj's around the world, an upcoming label that has much to show in the future. In 2007 he released his debut single "System" (together with DJ I-Kie) on Plastic City. With his release "Luv Khord" he shows us again his talent in choosing the right beats with emotional melodies.
