Samuel L.Session delivers a solid techno remix, in direct line with the slower hypnotic sounds he has been crafting recently with works like Inner City Dust. This track is restless and dark, the beat is as dry as the desert and the looping bassline is the kind that will haunt you for weeks. The slower speed is not an indication of softness, as the merciless tribal percussions will remind you throughout the track. This music is introspective, does not really include a breakdown, and will tear techno dancefloors apart.

The maker of the massive 2010 techno hit ''Chorozon'' strikes again with a profound and minimal reinterpretation of Kalden Bass' tribal anthem ''Nine Souls''. The track is progressive -in a deepening way. It keeps breakdowns short, bass heavy and plays around with the tribal feeling until it sounds like it was made for a robotic clan. It finally brings in some atmospheric layers that creates something like an audio kaleidoscope, going down deeper and deeper into techno.

This release is wrapped up with a 4 AM dancefloor annihilator remix by Tom Laws. This one is easy to figure out from the start: big room apocalypse. It's built around a classic framework (including a pretty long breakdown) that fuses the energetic drive from artists such as Umek or Spektre with the industrial techno sound that is the trademark of people like Pfirter or Alan Fitzpatrick. The tribal vibe in the original ''Nine Souls'' is taken to new levels of intensity as loud alarm sounds erupt from everywhere, saturating the way to major sound explosions. For intense nights only.
